CZPT Taper Lock Bush

The Taper Lock bush is a locking system generally used in CZPT Transmission CZPT s for finding pulleys,  sprockets,  and couplings to shafts. The Taper Lock bush is pre-bored and keyed to match the necessary shaft and keyway diameters.  The outdoors of the bush is tapered to match the element bore that is to be positioned on the shaft.
 
Ubet Taper bushes is produced from precision solid iron or carbon steel C45 with higher good quality end.  They are extensively utilised to in shape into Sheaves, CZPT s,  Pins, V-belt Pulleys and Timing Pulleys.
