V- belt pulley

V- belt pulley of diverse types ( according to kind and width of belts). The materials used is cast iron EN-GJL-250 UNI EN 1561, and for only a few types it is metal C45 E UNI EN 10083-1. They have a small prebore that can be machined  according to  CZPT ers’ demands. Furthermore the most widespread varieties are CZPT also with taperlock bore.

   European standards : 

    a) V-belt pulley for taper bushing: SPZ, SPA, SPB, SPC, up to ten grooves   

    b) Adjustable speed V-belt pulleys and variable speed pulleys              

    c) Flat belt pulleys and conveyor belt pulleys

    a) Sheaves for taper bushing: 3V, 5V, 8V     

    b) Sheaves for QD bushings: 3V, 5V, 8V
