Conveyor systems use bushings where pulleys, sheaves or sprockets must be mounted to a shaft and remain serviceable. The correct series follows the mating component, shaft diameter, keyway and drive duty; a conveyor label alone is not enough to select the part.

Where the bushing enters the drive

Belt conveyor

Drive and tail pulley hubs often use removable shaft-to-hub bushings.

Screw conveyor

A serviceable bushing can simplify removal of pulleys or sprockets in the drive train.

Bucket elevator

Head/boot drive components may use larger bushing and hub arrangements.

Roller / pallet conveyor

Compact bushing systems are common where multiple driven rollers or sprockets need repeatable assembly.
